If your tooth has completely come out of its socket, make sure you only hold it by the crown and not the root in order to protect the health and function of your natural tooth. Call our office immediately and explain your situation for a same-day visit as studies show dentists have the best chance of saving a knocked-out tooth within 30 minutes to one hour after coming out.
