The Process Of Placing Porcelain Veneers

Initial Consultation

During your initial consultation, our team will discuss your goals with you and examine your teeth and gums to determine if you are a good candidate for porcelain veneers.

If you are in optimal oral health, one of our dentists will prepare your teeth for these applications by removing a tiny bit of enamel, which is the outer protective layer of your teeth. At this time, our team will also take digital impressions of your teeth so the lab is able to use this as a blueprint for crafting your custom-made veneers.

Once your custom-made shells arrive at our office, Dr. Khalil will check them to make sure they are the right color, shape and size. Following, he will bond the veneers onto the front of your teeth using dental cement and an LED light. The last step is simply checking your bite to make sure everything is aligned properly and make any changes as needed.
